HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! Its true that I miss Korea tremendously. But I am very happy to be home in America for Thanksgiving. It is my favorite holiday, and I've missed it the past two years. Thanksgiving is very similar to "Chuseok" in Korea; it celebrates the harvest; it comemorates the pilgrims who arrived here from England 1620; and it is a time to spend with family and friends eating a bountiful, traditional meal.
I am particularly thankful this Thanksgiving because I've had so many things happen! My brain surgery was three weeks ago, and it was successful! I feel great! Now I'm just hanging out, catching up with friends and family, and enjoying lovely Colorado in the Rocky Mountains.
I am so thankful for all of you! Many thanks to those of you overseas for your prayers, wishes, and support as I hastily left.
Friends and family in the States: thank you for your love, support, prayers, wishes, and lovely gifts during my surgery and recovery. Call me so we can hang out while I'm around!
I am so grateful to have so many wonderful friends, family, and supporters all over the globe. Are you on Facebook? We can be "friends" there too!
Until I see you again, know that I love you, I'm praying for you, and I wish you all the best this holiday season.
Love, Anna ~:)
